Grievance & Return Policy
Returns
In the event that students either fail to enter the course, withdraw, or are discontinued therefrom at any time prior to completion of the course, the following Refund Schedule will apply.
Please Note: Norris Training can not "Guarantee" passing the Kansas State Licensing test. Test passage is solely dependent on the student taking the exam.
If the student officially withdraws from the course (in writing) prior to opening and downloading materials of all parts enrolled in, the student may be rescheduled for a future class, or the tuition fee will be refunded. If the timeliness of the withdrawal causes a disruption to other students needing to enroll, a $50 book fee may be applied.
Non-refundable fees for pre-study access will not be included in tuition refund. The time of official withdrawal from class is determined by the time that the course instructor receives such notice from the student in writing. If a course is canceled due to health concerns, students will have the option to enroll at a later date or be provided a full refund.
Norris reserves the right to postpone any scheduled course start date for any of the following reasons. Students are entitled to a full refund or elect to enroll in a course at a later date at no charge.
-
When the number of students scheduled is not sufficient as determined by Norris Training.
-
Instructor sickness
-
Inclement Weather
-
Natural or another unforeseeable disaster

Private postsecondary institutions operating in Kansas must meet and maintain certain standards of quality to qualify for a certificate allowing them to offer or provide training or course work to Kansas Citizens
It is the mutual goal of the Kansas Board of Regents and the certified institutions to provide quality educational training and programs. When problems arise, students should make every attempt to find a fair and reasonable solution by taking the steps outline in the complaint process.
The Compliant Process can be found with Kansas Board of Regents
